I am a lawyer based in Side, Antalya, advising and representing clients in English, German and Turkish. A substantial part of my practice involves foreign nationals, international clients and cross-border legal matters in Türkiye.

I am included among the Trusted Lawyers of the Austrian Embassy in Türkiye and listed by the German Federal Foreign Office as a German-speaking lawyer for the consular district of Antalya.

My practice is intentionally boutique. I work personally on every matter I accept and remain directly accessible to my clients throughout the process. This allows for careful preparation, clear communication and continuity from beginning to end, particularly in matters that are legally complex or personally sensitive.

My work has a particular focus on criminal law and human rights, alongside family law, inheritance law, real estate law and other private-law matters. I have been involved in significant proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, as well as sensitive criminal, family and child-related proceedings before the Turkish courts. For many years, I have also advised foreign clients on property, inheritance, family and other legal matters in Türkiye.

I graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in Istanbul, pursued part of my legal studies at Heidelberg University in Germany, and later continued my postgraduate studies at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. This international background has become my natural part of a practice in which language, cultural understanding and clear communication often matter as much as familiarity with the legal system.

For international clients in particular, good legal advice requires more than knowledge of Turkish law. It means explaining the Turkish legal system clearly to clients who may be unfamiliar with Turkish law, understanding the practical and cultural difficulties they may face, and identifying a realistic way forward.

I take my clients’ problems seriously and approach each case with careful preparation, clear and realistic advice, discretion and persistence. My aim is not simply to advise on the law, but to help each client find the most effective and reliable way forward.
